Omega 3 is a great anti-inflammatory.  Omega 6, while healthy in the right ratio with omega 3, is INFLAMMATORY.

Omega 6 is high in many processed foods.

Sunflower oil (high in omega 6 –  low in omega 3) is often the first ingredient listed in chips!!

Considering your health, you may want to make your own chips – even make them healthier in the microwave!!!  Here is a recipe I found!!

HINT:  Soak the potato up to 3 hours  to remove much of the starch!!
