We all drooled when we saw this!  I bet you’ll want to try it, too!!  Complete instructions and recipe here.

Start with Olive Oil or a combination of Olive Oil and Coconut Oil in a frying pan.  Add the Chicken and salt and pepper.  Fry 6 minutes on each side.  Take the chicken out from the pan and set it aside.

In the same frying pan, add a small amount of balsamic vinegar.  Garlic.  Grape Tomatoes halved.  Saute.

Add salt.  Cook 5 minutes.  Add Basil.

Return the chicken to the pan, cover with your favorite cheese.  Mozzarella or Provolone.

Let the cheese melt – and serve!
